What we promise
An increase in the number shown — followers, likes or views on Instagram, followers, likes, shares, saves or views on TikTok — delivered usually within 24 business hours (TikTok: 48 business hours at most).
What we do NOT guarantee
Nothing we deliver comes from real people. You get no comments, no visibility, no sales and no organic growth, and shares, saves and views are numbers too, not real interaction. The service only increases the number shown.

Delivery starts after payment confirmation. The number may drop over time; the refill is offered for Instagram followers only, for 30 days after delivery, on a best-effort basis.
30-day refill, best-effort
The refill is offered exclusively for Instagram followers, within the first 30 days of delivery, at your request, on a best-effort basis.
The refill depends on our providers and on the platform and is not guaranteed; it may be partial, delayed or impossible to carry out. If it cannot be carried out, no refund is given for the drop — the service you paid for, the initial delivery, has been performed.
The refill goes to exactly the account from your order. If you change your @username, set the account to private, or the platform restricts your account, topping up becomes technically impossible.
Likes, views and all TikTok services have no refill.
What you need to know
- the account must be public at delivery time; the post, Reel or video you give us must stay public
- we never ask for your password and we never ask for account access
- the service breaches the Instagram, Meta and TikTok rules; the account may be restricted or suspended
- nothing we deliver is real and none of it brings engagement
- the refill covers Instagram followers only and is best-effort; it is lost if you change your @username or set the account to private
- once delivered, the counts cannot be returned, whichever the service
- the risk to your account is yours to take
How to request a return
Write to us at the address in the footer. We review every case in line with the Terms and the consumer law of your country.
Your statutory right to cancel (EU & UK)
As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right to cancel under Directive 2011/83/EU; in the UK, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. It applies as long as delivery hasn't started. If you expressly ask us to start delivery immediately and acknowledge that you lose this right once delivery begins, you can no longer request a refund for what has been delivered.
